After using 3rd party remote support software for some time we decided the performace was too slow. Services such as Log me in and Teamviewer are too overloaded these days and offer a substandard experience.
After a long test period we have now launched our brand new in house remote support system, hosted on our own servers. We incorporate live chat, file transfer and unattended support sessions. We can even reverse the screens so you can see our screens to guide you through your support request on our computers. An added bonus is we can now add remote support for linux desktops, as well as Windows and Mac OS X.

If you have Logmein or Teamviewer installed to your computer for our use, you may uninstall this as we will no longer be using them.
